Sara Harrison is a freelance writer and journalist based in New York. She is a lecturer in the Science Writing Masters Program at Johns Hopkins University. Her work has been featured in outlets including The New York Times Magazine, New York Magazine, Scientific American, WIRED, and The Best American Science and Nature Writing 2020. Sara holds a B.A. in English from Carleton College and a masters degree from the UC Berkeley School of Journalism where she was a Dean's Merit Fellow.
